Have you read the paper on resonance, yet? It indirectly addresses the integration of anthropogenic creations and Nature, and (in my opinion) unifies them under general phenomena. Thus your two problems are reduced to one (the first one you made), which quite conveniently is also addressed in the paper. Of course the actual mechanism of emergence of life is unknown, but its defined properties and the reasoning for its ultimate emergence are clear.</description>
