All the Saints

Our favorite books are generally not the ones that we disagree with strongly, and neither are they the books which simply reiterate everything that already know. Our favorite books are the ones that put to words the ideas that have been floating in the back of the our mind for months or years or decades,

A mirror and not a canvas

What a relief, to know that I do not have to have my whole future mapped out but instead am required to quietly and steadfastly depend on God. The Golden Rule

I started to believe that the firm logic of utilitarianism was the antithesis of a passionate love for God.
